How to Measure

To obtain accurate body measurement, use a tape keeping the tape level but stretched, follow the instructions below. Ask someone to help if necessory. For consistancy please keep tape measure taut.

A) Chest Measure around fullest part of your chest and around shoulder blades. Keeping the tape level and straight. Keep one finger between tape and body.

B) Waist Measure 2 cm below your belly button, keeping the taper level and straight. Measure against the skin and not over clothing. Keep one finger between tape and body.

C) Hip This is around the fullest part of your hips. Wrap the measurement tape comfortably around the area. The tape must horizontal against the body. Keep one finger between tape and body.

D) Arm Length This to be from the joint of your shoulder and strained to the joint of wrist. Stand relax and ask someone to measure your arm length.

E) In-Leg Length Inside leg: Measure from the top of the inside to just below the ankle.

TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS – SOME PRACTICAL TIPS

A) Ask for help, taking your own measurement can be tricky
B) Wear only a light layer of clothing, so ensure a true measurement is taken.
C) Use a tape measure, keep it flat against body
