Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

You always have a 14-day full return policy starting from the day you receive your order. You must return your order without undue delay and within 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with return, including a return package price of 50 kr. in Denmark. Please note that the international return charges vary from country to country. If you wish to return the item to us, you need to register your return on our return portal.

You can return items purchased from us by using the same delivery method that was used for your package. On this page, you can order a return label for your package. Once you have filled in all the information on the return form, you can download the return label on the receipt page and print it out. The return label will also be sent to the email address you provided.

When we receive your return package, our customer service will process it as quickly as possible. If your return order meets the return conditions, we will arrange for a refund of your purchase. You should never send your package without a return label and return slip, as it significantly prolongs the return process. If you do not collect your package from the pick-up point, a handling fee of 80 DKK will be applied in Denmark.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Register your return through our website’s return portal.                                                                                                           https://www.gls-rhttps://return.shipmondo.com/faxury. Please enter your email address and order number. You will also be asked to indicate the reason for the return. Once your return is registered, you will receive a return label to use.              
  2. Wrap the items.                                                                                                                                                                                                          Pack the items as you received them. You can reuse the same packaging for the return.
  3. Fill out the return slip and affix the return label to the outside of the package.                                                                                                       Please fill out the enclosed return slip and place it inside the package. This will facilitate our prompt processing of your order. Print out the return label and attach it to the outside of the package.
  4. Drop off your return package at the nearest pick-up point. 

        Drop off the return package at the distributor indicated on your return label.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service. We are ready to assist you. Remember to provide the correct return code and follow the instructions on how the return should be indicated on the return form. Additionally, it would facilitate the process if you also include a copy of the order confirmation or any other documentation of your purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted when purchasing the return label in the return portal. When returning the item, ensure it is properly packaged, preferably in the same packaging it was received in. We prefer the item to be returned in an unused condition with the original price tags intact. You must return the item to us within 14 days after receipt. Your refund for the returned items will be processed once your order is received and processed. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order. To avoid extended return processing times, please always include the return form with your package. When returning the package, ensure that the items are properly packaged as you are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postage receipt and (track & trace) shipping number. Please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

Exchange

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different size, model, or color, please return the product and place a separate order for the desired product. Visit our website and register your return within 14 days from the date you received your order. Subsequently, send back the unwanted items to us. We will refund the amount for the unwanted items within 14 days after receiving the items at our warehouse. You are responsible for the item until we receive it back.
Condition of the Item upon Return.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling it in a way other than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item is tested in ways beyond what is described, it will be considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of the return. To receive a full refund, you may try the item without actually using it.

Return of International Packages

You have a 14-day period to initiate a full return for your order, beginning from the date of its receipt. Please ensure that you return your order promptly and within 14 days of exercising your right to withdraw. You have the option to return unwanted items, and we will refund the amount through the original payment method used for the purchase. It is not possible to directly exchange the product for a different item. You can always return the unwanted items, and we will refund the amount to your credit card. You are responsible for the packaging and postage costs associated with the return of the item if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind. If you experience any defects or errors in your item or receive an incorrect item that you did not order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. Always. 

Refunds

Once we have processed your return, you will be refunded the amount via the original payment method used for the purchase. In the case of any depreciation in value for which you are responsible, the purchase amount will be deducted.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) within 14 days from the date we received notification of your decision to use the right of withdrawal.

Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by us, we will issue the refund. It may take up to 14 days from the time you send your item back. Once we have processed your return, you will receive your refund within 3-5 week days. The refund will be transferred to the same payment method used in the original transaction, minus any shipping costs, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide us with documentation of having returned it.
